Exsel (int) Community Interest Company is a non-profit making organisation with a focus on providing a range of services which are of direct community benefit. The services offered include; educational programmes, project management and project development. The Company offers extensive expertise in all of the above areas and with the benefit of advice from the non executive directorship, can stay abreast of current legislative issues and priority delivery requirements.

Chiefly the company is dedicated to the support and development of projects, which offer opportunities to individuals who have suffered mental health disorders. However, support for other unrepresented groups and those subject to social exclusion are also high priority areas.

Services - Exsel (int) Community Interest company offer a whole range of services designed to support individuals and companies in developing projects and new initiatives which has a distinct and tangiable benefit to local communities. The services offered are on a non profit making basis.

Project Development - This service includes the involvement in research and analysis to determine the feasibility of innovative and realistic ideas, which have a community benefit focus. Services include - Business Planning, Project Development & Project Management.

Aims of Exsel (int) Community interest Company

!. To engage in local community development and capacity building activities to represent the needs of the company's main priority groups.

2.To network with other multi agencies who offer complementary and supplemaentary services to the company's priority groups.

3. To support individuals and organisations to access funds and grants available for their particular projects.

4. To offer project development, support and advice on projects initiated by groups and individuals from the priority groups

5.To provide advice and project management to priority groups and individuals.

6. To source and access training and development providers to support priority groups and individuals.

7. To provide review and evaluation of projects and training interventions on behalf of the priority groups and individuals.
